Willem van Oort, President

Willem serves as GamingInSpain Conference chairman. Additionaly, he is founder and CEO of GranViaOnline, a leading online marketing services provider to the gaming industry with offices in Madrid and London; he is also founder of the LinkedIn group GamingInSpain, the leading industry community with over one thousand five hundred members.

He is been active in the online gaming sector since year 2005, having set up offices for Gamesys/JackpotJoy/Botemania in Spain as well as the launch of the Rank Interactive sites in Spain. Willem has an extensive and solid background in entertainment and interactive media. He began his career working for Endemol and Stage Entertainment in the Netherlands as part of their international management board. In 2001, Willem moved to Spain for setting up the live entertainment activities for Stage Entertainment.

Willem holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from NIMBAS. He is a regular speaker at major international industry/entertainment conferences and regularly visits major gambling markets. A native of Amsterdam, Willem is an avid wine collector and connoisseur and enjoys live music, travelling and interactive gaming.en

Efren Beltran, General Manager and Project Director

Efren is general manager and project director at GamingInSpain Conferences, responsible for conference production and event planning. Prior to GamingInSpain, Efren had over 10 years experience within the gaming and online gaming business. He worked as a Country Manager for CIRSA in ‘Russia & C.I.S’ and Mexico, managing and developing their land-based gaming businesses. He then returned to Spain and joined Bluesq.com as a consultant helping them developed the B2B business with media companies. He also has an overall knowledge and understanding of the payment processing industry, by working as an affiliated with many processors world wide; in the high risk industry.

Efren holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA. Efren has lived and worked in Russia for over 10 years, where he became an avid connoisseur of Caucasian carpets. He enjoys mountain skiing and travelling.
